performance APPRENTICESHIP

Performance Apprentices are hired to perform as part of a 2nd Gen main stage show. Apprentices are expected to:

• Attend all rehearsals and performances as directed by schedule based on their role  and participate in the performance as a professional
• Collaborate with Mentor to set specific learning/experiential goals
• Arrange 1–2 check-in meetings (which will occur outside of rehearsal time) to evaluate progress, discuss challenges.

Performance Apprenticeship hours (minimum 50) will include:

• Costume fittings
• Rehearsals 
• Performances
• Check-in meetings with Mentor

Performance Apprentices will be treated as a professional member of the cast. Apprentices are encouraged to connect with their mentor to ask any show/process-related questions.
